For more information, visit .Position Summary:The Corporate Client Service Representative (CCSR) role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and possess the necessary skills and qualities to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The CCSR plays a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.Primary Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for existing fleet accounts, addressing service, store, and field issues for assigned Field Service Representatives.
  • Provide support for Regional Director (RD) and Field Service Reps directly.
  • Create and manage accounts for corporate clients. Identify appropriate price plans for corporate clients.
  • Manage incoming calls to the 800-55-FLEET line and monitor the Fleetservice@pepboys.com Inbox.
  • Dispatch inbound inquiries to internal departments, such as Outbound Sales or FSR teams, when issues require escalation beyond the resolution capabilities of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) level.
  • Assist in the preparation and reporting for customer reviews, including consolidating driver surveys, analyzing overall customer growth, etc.
  • Become proficient with POS and ShopX.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with POS and ShopX a plus. Will be required to become proficient in POS and ShopX.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Capacity to assess the importance and urgency of customer inquiries and prioritize accordingly.
  • Experience organizing and analyzing datasets for continuous review and improvement.
  • Ability to prepare and present customer-facing reports effectively.
