We offer a wide range of career opportunities and exceptional benefits.JOB SUMMARY: CRC is in need of a Knowledge Manager at Fort Meade, Maryland to serve our USCYBERCOM customer.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify Knowledge Management problems and provide an analysis and recommendations report with solutions and implementation strategies.
- Develop, document, and implement repeatable Knowledge Management processes for continual process improvement.
- Assist in the development of Knowledge Management best practices and performance measures.
- Provide expertise in developing Microsoft SharePoint portals, database management, and Microsoft office suite applications.
- Research and document sources of KM training.
- Develop and present Knowledge Management briefings.
- Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises.
- 5+ years of experience an Knowledge Manager
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
