- Partnering with site General Manager to provide overall business support – ability to perform as a tactical & strategic advisor.
- Providing effective leadership to drive business results.
- Ensuring the site operates in accordance with the TT Group policies and ensuring the sound financial management and control of the Company’s operations.
- Managing the financial outlook, ensuring an accurate forecast & understanding key drivers of variances.
- Provides the necessary support to meet timely commitments, with a high quality of work.
- Providing insightful analysis, supporting business decisions, understanding key contracts and KPIs, providing analysis of variances and support of corrective actions as required.
- Leading the preparation of consolidated reports, strategic plans, and annual budgets for the business.
- Understands and adopts business partnership and customer service mindset.
- Displaying at all times the highest levels of professional integrity, ethics, honesty and personal credibility. Does the right thing, particularly with respect to the safety and well-being of self and others.
- Other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields required. MBA is preferred.
- Experience working in DoD or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Experience conducting financial due diligence and deal structuring.
- Experience with integrating acquisitions.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Experience in the implementation of ERP Systems and Hyperion financial reporting systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and/or write periodicals, business reports, correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, team members, and general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to collect data, solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive image in any situation using good judgment.
- Data driven with an ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly and able to use to identify trends, options and insights into the business.
