This position requires full-time onsite support in Aurora, CO.This position reports to the Program Planning SSBU Planning Manager within our Aurora, CO office and works collaboratively with the Program Manager, finance, contracts, and technical leads to develop, maintain, and evaluate performance against the Program Measurement Baseline (PMB). This position requires a problem-solving, data inspired, results-oriented team member that proactively seeks out data, engages stakeholders, and facilitates closure of commitments. They will be responsible for providing integrated scheduling support across the specified platforms and/or sub-business units. They will lead program planning and scheduling through capture, program startup, establish EV baseline and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs); lead schedule analysis and schedule risk assessments. Excellent team and interpersonal communication skills, business acumen, experience professional planning and scheduling knowledge and a desire to work in development and production environments are required. Excellent customer relationship skills and experience planning in the Aerospace Industry are essential.What You Will Do:Development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on requirements provided by the customer as part of a Contract Award and/or Request For Proposal (RFP)Development and maintenance of a resource loaded, executable IMS that is compliant with Raytheon, external customer, and government standards and requirementsUnderstand program structures and alignment, and lead teams in development and alignment of program structures (Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Product Work Breakdown Structure (PWBS), etc.)Review/develop requirements for major subcontractor scope, reporting requirements, and schedule integrationPreparing for and supporting internal and external program reviews such as Gate Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), internal and external joint surveillance audits (ISA/JSA), etc. that demonstrate thorough scope, cost, and schedule integrationDetail planning and maintenance throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the program IMS, to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselinesDetailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance. The weekly and monthly business rhythms will require communication (electronically and verbally) of schedule status including but not limited to, results of critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis (SRA), schedule variance analysis and the results of ‘what if’ exercises to the Program Manager, the customer and potentially to senior managementAssist with the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule (MPS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP).Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
