As Polaris Adventures continues to grow, the Senior Fleet Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Fleet team in; forecasting, ordering, logistics, and disposition readiness across our nationwide network. This role is accountable for ensuring the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time—maximizing value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment, working closely with Fleet, Account Management, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Finance teams. In turn, able to balance Outfitter & Dealer needs with Polaris Adventures’ core values, driving implementation and continuous optimization across the outfitter network.This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring strong leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage complex processes and deliver exceptional results.We Want You If You Are:

- Lead the team in developing and executing fleet distribution forecasts to maximize vehicle value and availability.
- Present data-driven insights and opportunities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Oversee standardized implementation and support processes for new and existing Outfitters.
- Monitor and report on key metrics across systems (AS400, SIOP, Inventory Planning) to ensure timely forecasting, ordering, and delivery.
- Direct the team in managing Outfitter needs and building seasonal deployment plans.
- Strengthen Outfitter relationships through quality initiatives and proactive communication.
- Champion the value proposition of Polaris Adventures to drive new partnerships and network growth.
- Leverage data (e.g., condition scores) to inform disposition strategies and forecasts.
- Lead pricing strategy for Adventures-owned vehicles, balancing profitability and demand.
- Coach the team on direct-to-dealer sales to optimize residual values and dealer satisfaction.
- Oversee titling, licensing, and compliance for all Adventures-owned vehicles.
- Ensure all outfitter paperwork is complete for a successful season launch.
- Evaluate future asset deployment strategies and lead related initiatives.
- Empower and guide team members to execute projects and daily operations effectively.
- Support team and individual development leveraging Polaris processes and tools
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate key updates and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, lifecycle status, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required (Masters preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, remarketing, or B2B sales.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer and outfitter relationships.
