This modern practice serves the greater Tampa/Odessa area and is equipped with advanced tools, including digital and dental radiography , offering top-tier care in a supportive and collaborative environment.With a commitment to both patient wellness and team development, the clinic fosters a workplace that values communication, growth, and compassionate care.Key Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate, relationship-centered veterinary carePerform physical exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and create treatment plansCommunicate clearly with clients regarding their pets’ health and needsCollaborate closely with a skilled clinical team and leadershipSupport the growth of support staff through the LevelUp internal training programManage a dynamic caseload across general wellness, appointments, and proceduresEngage with and foster lasting relationships within the Odessa/Tampa communitySkills, Knowledge & Expertise:DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)Strong communication skills and client service focusComfortable with general surgery, diagnostics, and team-based careCommitted to ongoing learning and collaborative workIdeal Candidate:Veterinarians at all levels of experience are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates.
