- Conduct and document a comprehensive spare parts inventory, counting, labeling, and registering items where practical. Record any adjustments in SAP promptly.
- Count and label all spare parts on site as per the provided list.
- Identify and report any discrepancies between recorded counts and actual quantities.
- Identify and report any discrepancies between recorded locations and actual item locations.
- Identify items lacking labels or with incorrect labels and attach or replace labels as provided.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify product quantities and locations.
- Sort and organize inventory items according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Assist with various warehouse tasks, including counting, labeling, data entry, and reconciliation.
- Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- This is a physical, hands-on role within a warehouse environment. You will spend the majority of your time on your feet, performing tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and other physical activities.
