Pay rate: $18.00 an hourThis position is not an immediate start as it requires an in-person interview with client if selected from Express Employment.Duties:
- Safely operate a box truck to transport clients products to the customer.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to make deliveries in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while on the road.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting when days or time not driving.
- Will have to jump in and do machine operation, quality inspection, and general labor.Qualifications:
- Valid chauffer's license or driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidate must be open to getting chauffer's license
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
