Baldwin, WIOrder: 4295322420Order Type : DirectHireOur client, a well-established manufacturer in a regulated industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes-particularly within injection molding and secondary operations. This role acts as a key technical liaison between internal teams and customers and is instrumental in ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable production.Be part of a collaborative team, contributing to the creation of vital medical components for leading brands-work that truly matters. The care this client puts into their products is matched by the respect and attention they give to their employees.Key Responsibilities:Develop and validate cost-effective manufacturing and post-molding processesCreate and maintain process maps and detailed work instructionsLead pFMEA development and work-cell design/layoutOversee transition of new products from engineering to full-scale productionDesign, source, and implement fixtures, packaging, and labeling solutionsProvide technical support to customers and internal cross-functional teamsParticipate in CAPA and MRB processesSupport cost analysis and capital expenditure justificationsContribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, Hoshin)Train supporting staff and share best practices across teamsEnsure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, and company standardsEducation and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 3 years in a manufacturing engineering roleStrong experience in injection molding and secondary operationsBackground in process development, DOE, and root cause analysisExposure to regulated environments (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA)Assembly process knowledge preferredERP experience required (IQMS ideal)Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independently and within cross-functional teamsPlease forward a resume to Doug Hammond at dhammond@seekprofessionals.com apply at www.seekprofessionals.com or call 920-964-0333.We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
