- Educate clients on available health, life, disability, supplemental, and retirement benefit plans.
- Guide customers through benefit options and assist with enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using CRM and enrollment platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after plan selection.
- Ensure clients fully understand their coverage, rights, and responsibilities.
- Stay updated on benefit policy changes, compliance, and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years in HR, benefits coordination, insurance, healthcare, or employee support services.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficient with computer systems, data entry, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive client information.
- Must Have reliable Vehicle
- Previous experience as a Benefits Specialist, Insurance Agent, or Enrollment Advisor.
- Active Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain – training provided).
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
