Employment Term - Temp-to-HireEmployment Type - Full-TimeWork Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday)Starting Pay - $19.00 per hourRequired Education - High School Diploma/GED requiredRequired Experience - Machine operator or plastic experience preferred, Extrusion experience a bonus.Employees will be completing Setup, Operation, Tear Down, and Cleaning while working in this Plastic Extrusion manufacturing facility. This will included working with Project Managers and Technicians and a variety of record keeping tasks such as tracking operational data, quality, line issues, and more.ResponsibilitiesCapable of reading and interpreting prints, including part dimensions, fabrication specifications, tolerances, and packaging guidelinesSkilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, check fixtures, and various hand toolsPerform equipment shutdown, disassembly, and thorough cleaning to prepare for subsequent production runsSort and organize materials for the reclaiming processQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDemonstrates reliability and a strong record of attendanceAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on occasionPrevious experience with plastic extrusion is a plus, but not requiredPrior work in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatorySend us an email at eauclaire@seekcareers.com or call us at 715-832-1000 to set up an interview.
