Job Title: Quality AssociatePosition Summary:As a Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of materials and finished goods throughout the production process. You’ll work closely with production teams to identify issues, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Use measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support internal audits and assist with corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or quality control role.
  • Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with quality management systems (QMS) a plus.
