- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand contract sales within target industries.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the food service, hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Manage the contract sales process from initial client engagement to project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, logistics, and installation teams.
- Work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to source the most suitable kitchen equipment and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs and company objectives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-ups, reinforcing long-term partnerships.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in contract sales, preferably in the foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Experience working with general contractors, architects, and procurement teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
