SummaryWe are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable Toddler Instructor who is passionate about fostering early development in young children through intentional teaching, care, and play-based learning.Position Summary The Toddler Instructor is responsible for creating a safe, warm, and engaging environment for toddlers (ages 1–3). The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and skilled in supporting young children through developmental milestones while collaborating closely with families and other staff.DutiesKey Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and loving classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of toddlers.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote language, motor skills, social-emotional learning, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a consistent daily routine that includes structured learning, free play, rest, meals, and outdoor activities.
  • Observe and assess children's development and behavior, documenting progress and communicating regularly with parents.
  • Provide responsive, respectful care such as diapering, feeding, and comforting children according to individual needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with each child and their family to ensure open communication and trust.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a clean, organized, and enriching classroom.
  • Follow all state licensing requirements, school policies, and safety protocols.
Requirements1.High School Diploma and ECD 101 at minimum
2.Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
3.At least 1–2 years of experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare center.
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
4.Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.
5.Reliable, punctual, and committed to the wellbeing of young children.
