The team is committed to excellence in supporting students' development, making every day both meaningful and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide OT services to both General Education and Self-Contained (SC) classrooms, supporting the development of fine motor skills, visual motor integration, executive functioning, and sensory processing.Manage and implement IEP-related responsibilities for your caseload (training and support available if needed).Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistent progress toward student goals.Maintain clear and timely documentation of services provided.Adapt therapy plans as needed to meet diverse student needs.QualificationsCurrent NBCOT Certification required.Illinois OT License preferred - candidates with a pending IL license will also be considered.School-based experience is a plus but not required - open to candidates with OT experience in other settings.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.What to Expect on Your First DayYou'll receive the standard district onboarding, connect with your school team, and meet leadership and support staff.
