
Private Banker

- Generate new deposits, loan opportunities, and investment management revenue through proactive relationship development
- Build and manage a book of UHNW/HNW clients, serving as a trusted relationship manager
- Partner with internal wealth advisors, trust officers, and planning specialists to deliver full balance sheet solutions
- Develop new client opportunities through centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, business leaders, family offices)
- Structure and present customized deposit and credit packages that meet client needs and bank guidelines
- Mentor and coach junior bankers and relationship managers to drive team performance
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Private Banking division in Southern California
- 7–10+ years of experience in financial services sales with a focus on UHNW/HNW individuals
- Prior Private Banking or Wealth Management experience required (not retail branch banking)
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business with proven COI referral sources
- Strong knowledge of deposits, lending solutions, wealth management, and trust services
- Excellent interpersonal skills, executive presence, and ability to serve as a trusted advisor
- CFP or equivalent designation preferred
