We get you ready and continuously train you so you can be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of garage doors and openers. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of garage doors and openers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations during all service operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding services rendered and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a garage door technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
