ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At John Cook State Farm, we are on the hunt for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Representative who’s ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a high-energy, supportive office environment.   • Sell personal and/or commercial insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs
  • Follow up on leads and referrals provided by the office
  • Meet or exceed sales goals with a positive, go-getter attitude
  • Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must hold NY P&C and L&A Licenses or be willing to obtain them prior to hire.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience preferred (insurance background is a big plus, but not required)
  • Must be coachable, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to obtain or already possess a state insurance license
  • Team player who brings good vibes and energy to the office every day
