Restaurant & Sustainability Team Leaders are an integral part of restaurant operations and are responsible for leading the floor service, assisting management with operational needs, promoting teamwork amongst staff, supporting our Commitment to Zero sustainability and recycling efforts, and maintaining service quality and safety to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Job ResponsibilitiesAttend to all guest needs in the restaurant, ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous serviceAnswer phones and radio; work directly with other personnel to maintain the dining areas, including set-up and bussing of tables as neededWork on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operationAct as supervisor in the absence of a chef, including managing payroll and attendanceSupport execution of Commitment to Zero programs at the outlet with guidance from the resort Sustainability ManagerAssist in the ongoing training of staff and provide necessary feedback, including the training of staff around Commitment to Zero programs and related expectationsEnsure outlet loading dock is maintained to support organization, cleanliness, and coordinate appropriate pick-ups of waste with the WarehouseEnforce and comply with all applicable health and safety regulationsEnsure cleanliness and operation of the restaurant and equipment through inspections and maintenance, including regular assessment of outlet waste system and diversion programsSupport waste sorting at the outlet waste stations when necessaryOther duties as assignedThe expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr.
