- Track and follow up on executive action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks from meetings and email correspondence.
- Draft and prepare client proposals with attention to accuracy and professionalism.
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating marketing materials and preparing polished PowerPoint presentations.
- Oversee office operations, including supply ordering, catering for executive meetings, and vendor scheduling for maintenance services (e.g., sprinkler inspections, exterminator, elevator).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with scheduling and collaboration tools a plus.
