- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust (US citizen OR green card holder living in the US for at least 3 years).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 6+ years of professional experience.
- Associates degree and additional 2 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 8 years total is required.
- Highschool degree and an additional 6 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 12 years total is required.
- Masters Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 3 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 9+ years of professional experience.
- Associates degree and additional 2 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 11 years total is required.
- Highschool degree and an additional 6 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 15 years total is required.
- Masters Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 6 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 13 years of professional experience.
- Associates degree and additional 2 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 15 years total is required.
- Highschool degree and an additional 6 years experience would be acceptable. Minimum 19 years total is required.
- Masters Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 10 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with or experience in the areas of telecommunications employed by telecommunications service providers or equipment manufacturers
- Familiarity with relevant Federal technology issues, policies, regulations, or practices
- Experience with FAA operational telecommunications, radio communications and/or enterprise infrastructure services
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Facility with presentation graphics and/or spreadsheet tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment, demonstrate teamwork and initiative, and function productively in a dynamic work environment

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
