If Auditor sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for an Auditor include but are not limited to:Conduct onsite and desk audits of MALTSS providers across the state, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs and program integrity standards.Review claims, coding, and compliance documentation; identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and supporting documentation.Travel locally to provider sites as required.Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders through written reports and verbal presentations.Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure consistent audit methodologies and compliance practices.Candidates for the Auditor position must meet the following requirements to be considered:Associate's degree required; RN preferred.3-5 years of experience in auditing, claims review, or compliance (healthcare industry preferred).Strong understanding of claims and coding practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to travel locally for onsite audits.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:RN license.Program Integrity audit experience.MMQ/MDS experience.What's in this Auditor position for you?Pay: $46.82 - $58.19/hour (commensurate with experience)Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST100% Remote position with local travel for auditsWeekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesOpportunity to work with a global leader in healthcare and program integrityThis Auditor role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.
