Implement lean principles to improve processes and eliminate waste Participate in, gather, and analyze VOC input and feedback to ensure services and products are meeting customer expectations Work with internal and external engineering resources as necessary to sign off on project plans or new product applications Perform project design tasks, including but not limited to; project take-off, development of scope documents, drawing layouts, submittal creation, release schedules, post order documentation creation, etc. Works with customer & outside sales to develop cost effective solutions to meet the customer and project needs. Support the Sales and Marketing teams with technical presentations and trainings to internal & external customers Develop team members, foster a learning culture, establish an environment for open sharing and improvement Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field Minimum 5 years of application engineering, sales engineering, or customer service experience within the manufacturing industry.
