- Position Type: Locum tenens / travel nursing contract

- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: December 15, 2025
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630 - $1750 per week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wyoming or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of MedSurg and geriatric nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work all shifts and weekends as needed
- Professional appearance: scrubs required, no facial piercings, full sleeve or objectionable tattoos must be covered
- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents aged 30s to 90s with diverse diagnoses (dementia, diabetes, Alzheimers, stroke, neuromuscular disease, and more)
- Administer medications, IV therapy, feeding tubes, wound vac and wound management, trach and ostomy care, and restorative therapy
- Document patient care using Meditech EMR and MedRight medication administration system
- Operate clinical equipment: VS towers, glucometers, lifts, bladder scanner, IV/CADD pumps, wound vacs, and assistive devices
- Collaborate with certified nurse aides and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Care for up to 20 residents per shift (may increase with medication aide support)
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program and work across all facility neighborhoods as needed
