You will be part of the US tax team, comprising of 2 employees, as well as closely cooperate with the tax team in Berlin, Germany, comprising of 18 employees. The role will cover the US, Canada, and countries in South America.As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for tax data and tax compliance process quality (including organizing documentation) and be part of the ongoing tax transformation and optimization initiatives within Springer Nature. You will manage indirect tax and withholding tax compliance for, amongst others, the US and Canada, support tax audits, and answer tax-related questions from other departments. We are a team that embraces out-of-the-box thinking and technology-driven processes.
