Successful candidates will assist in the construction and installation of landscaping projects, including hardscapes, softscapes, and site preparation. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, fences, decks, and other hardscape featuresGrade and prepare soil for planting, sod installation, or seedingOperate small machinery and hand tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and compactorsLoad and unload materials including soil, stone, mulch, and construction suppliesFollow site plans and instructions from supervisors or landscape designersMaintain a clean and safe worksiteSupport irrigation and drainage system installationLay sod, plant trees/shrubs, and perform basic landscaping tasks as neededFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPEQualifications:Prior experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not requiredAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding laborWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to take direction and work well in a teamValid driver’s license is a plusPunctual, dependable, and safety-consciousWork Environment:Outdoor construction sitesExposure to weather elements (sun, rain, cold, heat)Use of power tools and heavy equipment (training provided if needed); experience preferredCompensation and Benefits:Starting wage depends on experienceEmployer provided insurance (health, accident, life)8 paid holidaysValues' driven, highly regarded Utah County company
