Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team with assistance from Assistant Front Desk Manager
- Support the Housekeeping Manager and supervisors to consistently deliver clean, comfortable accommodations to all guests.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Minimum 5 years in hotel management position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
