Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to be based in New York, NY.This position is expected to begin in late spring/early summer.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Building analytic and design skills.
  • Conducting engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
  • Creating designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
  • Collecting and analyzing data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
  • Using computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
  • Performing work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Engineering Technology.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Drafting/CAD applications (MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
