Location: Venice
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to provide one-on-one care for an 11-year-old pediatric patient during school hours. The nurse will accompany the patient throughout the school day to ensure all medical needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.Patient Summary:Age: 11 years oldDiagnosis: Cerebral PalsyMobility: Limited ambulation; uses a walker for mobility within school and for longer distancesMedical Needs:G-tube care and feedingMedication administration during school hoursG-tube flushingIncontinence careHydration prompts and encouragementPrimary Responsibilities:Provide continuous nursing support throughout the school dayAdminister prescribed medications and G-tube feedings as scheduledPerform incontinence care as neededEncourage fluid intake and monitor hydrationSupport mobility as needed with use of walkerCollaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environmentMaintain accurate documentation of care providedWe Offer: * Competitive Pay Rates

Qualifications: * Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
  • Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
  • In compliance with state and Federal regulations
  • CPR
  • Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
  • TB test showing a negative result
