- Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch freight.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum age: 23 years.
- At least 9 months of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience for solo applicants.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years and no suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years.
- No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months.
- No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years.
- No employment terminations within the last 12 months.
- No more than three jobs in the last year; average tenure per job should be at least four months.
- No more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months.
- Ability to pass required drug screening (including hair test) and pre-employment/background checks.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
