Hiring Regional CDL-A drivers to haul dry van freight on regional routes with 100% no-touch freight. Opportunities are available for solo drivers and teams. Professional conduct is expected at customer sites and while on the road.Compensation and schedule:
  • Estimated yearly compensation: $85,000 to $100,000.
  • Pay structure: $0.67 to $0.71 per mile; paid weekly via direct deposit.
  • Sign-on bonus: $1,300.
  • Schedule: Regional runs with weekend home time.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes; handle 100% no-touch freight.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and customer delivery instructions.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
Minimum qualifications and requirements:
  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Minimum age: 23 years.
  • At least 9 months of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience for solo applicants.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No major moving violations in the last 3 years and no suspensions for motor vehicle offenses in the last 4 years.
  • No speeding citations exceeding 15 mph over the limit in the last 12 months.
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years.
  • No employment terminations within the last 12 months.
  • No more than three jobs in the last year; average tenure per job should be at least four months.
  • No more than 150 days unemployed in the last 15 months.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening (including hair test) and pre-employment/background checks.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
