Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
Stay knowledgeable about CDJR vehicle line-up, incentives, and financing options
Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
Deliver exceptional service from test drive to delivery, and beyond
Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, energy, and drive to succeed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
