Create, manage, and review programs, courses, certifications, and training assignments in the LMS. Deploy training solutions, manage auto-assignment rules, monitor completion records, and ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements. Act as the LMS subject-matter expert, respond to training inquiries, and support learners, leaders, trainers, and instructors. Collaborate with experts to create, modify, and archive training materials; manage document accuracy and periodic document reviews (PDR). Monitor training effectiveness, extract and analyze data, develop visual reports, and use metrics for continuous improvement. Create and manage programs and projects; define scope, goals, and deliverables; execute project plans; monitor progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks. Engage regularly with area leaders to review priorities, readiness, and compliance. Document key business processes, guidelines, and standards; integrate Best Known Methods (BKMs) into programs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of workforce development experience. 3 years of experience administering learning management systems. Expertise using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience managing SharePoint lists and libraries. 5 years of experience with a high-volume manufacturing and production site (preference for semiconductor domain).
