Position Details
Role: Customer Service Representative/ Account Representative
Interview: TBC
Location: 680 West 10000 South, South Jordan, UT 84095
Shift: TBC
Pay Rate: $22.17/hr
Contract Length: 12 Months
Contract extension or conversion to FTE based on performance, attendance, and business need
Benefits: Paid weekly, Health, Dental & Vision benefits available
Target Start Date: Upon completion of new hire onboarding
Job Description
Duties may include:
  • Engage internal clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Provide initial and ongoing support during account opening and throughout the account lifecycle
  • Deliver world-class service to internal clients
  • Build relationships while providing solutions that adhere to policies and procedures
  • Address issues promptly and effectively
  • Adapt and maintain success in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial services or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Interest in career development
