You’ll keep desktops, laptops, and networks running smoothly while making sure our engineers’ specialized tools—like AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, and ArcGIS—stay online and optimized. - Provide first-line support for IT hardware, software, and engineering software.
- Install, configure, and maintain engineering software including AutoCAD AEC Suite, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS-CADD, ArcGIS, FAD Tools - and license key management.
- Image, configure, and repair Dell and Lenovo devices, including high-powered engineering laptops.
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Deploy and manage laptops using SCCM or Intune; support cloud services (Intune for end-users, Azure for file storage, VMs, servers, and infrastructure).
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity (Cisco AnyConnect) and mobile devices.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, hardware inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle refreshes.
- Deliver excellent in-person, phone, and video support—including for executives and occasional after-hours needs.
- Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge bases.
- Travel up to 30% to support regional offices.
- 3–7 years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a corporate environment.
- MUST have 1+ years supporting engineering software like AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, ArcGIS, etc.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune, Azure, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable lifting/moving IT equipment and setting up workstations.
- Degree in IT (preferred) or equivalent experience; CompTIA A+ and ITIL are a plus.
