Job Description:General Job DescriptionIES Residential is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our KEP Division located in Cincinatti, OH. KEP is a leader in new construction multi-family and mixed-use buildings.As a member of our electrical project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.Why choose us?   • Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
  • Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field
  • Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
  • Estimating and value engineering
  • Set clear goals and expectations for foreman
  • Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
  • Estimate change orders for assigned projects
  • Manage all closeout procedures
  • Hiring of field personnel
  • Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
  • Provide coaching to foreman when needed
  • Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry
  • Prepare and perform buyouts from BOM
  • Will learn basic CAD and REVIT
  • Job estimation
  • Attend job meetings
  • Order material; occasionally delivering material
  • Coordinate with other trades

Specific Qualifications
  • 5 years preferred successful PM experience
  • Prior electrical knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to comply with all safety requirements, background check and drug testing
