As an Industrialization Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to testing of new products, developing setups for the equipment for new and existing programs. You may need to work with other departments such as NPI, Customer Service and Production and will interact with SWAT, IPS, OE, PMs, Process Engineers and Technical Consultants as and when required.Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Create and maintain machine level setups, which includes, job setups, card setups, data setups, form setups, audit setups, stock setups, template setups and production option setups.
  • Receive changes from Customer Service, Project Teams & other teams.
  • Industrialization of new products and equipment for production floor.
  • Industrialize products from other sites for backup purposes.
  • Coordinate all customer test requests.
  • Support the production floor as the first point of contact with personalization issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of database utilization.
  • Proven understanding of equipment used in production.
  • Previous experience working in an Industrialization or similar role.
