- Source candidates from job boards and online platforms
- Upload and maintain candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Format resumes to meet internal standards and improve readability
- Use AI tools to screen applicants and match them to job requirements
- Help clean and organize the ATS for data integrity
- Support executive and administrative tasks as needed (calendar management, document prep, etc.)
- Learn basic government contracting terminology and security protocols
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet sourcing goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports with precision and confidentiality
- Track and follow up on action items across multiple departments
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, task management, and executive workflows
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills and professional demeanor.
