- Talent Reviews & Succession Planning:
- Contribute to the design of talent strategy that embeds talent best practices into our culture, enables business success, and associate growth.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, ensuring robust pipelines for key roles and future leadership needs with strong talent.
- Serve as Talent & Inclusion lead for Enabling Functions, partnering directly with the respective HR Business Partners on Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
- Performance Management
- Collaborate in the design of a performance management approach that enables a high-performing culture of feedback, drives accountability, engagement, and continuous development.
- Evolve performance processes to ensure alignment with business goals, leadership expectations, and associate growth.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure and enhance performance effectiveness across all levels.
- Talent Ecosystem Enablement:
- Manage and optimize talent processes, tools, and frameworks, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Design talent management programs and initiatives that align with and reinforce company culture, values, and business objectives.
- Contribute to the design of innovative talent processes that enhance associate engagement, retention, and career growth.
- Leverage external best practices and research to inform decision-making.
- Assessments
- Oversee associate assessments throughout the full employee lifecycle, including hiring assessments, leadership evaluations, and 360-degree feedback tools.
- Stay current with developments in the field of selection and assessment and recommend new tools and techniques to improve selection processes, as well as effective assessments to be used for development purposes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the selection process.
- Employee Engagement & People Analytics
- Lead enterprise-wide associate listening strategies, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and focus groups, to gather meaningful insights and inform talent strategies.
- Translate employee feedback and assessment data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives. This involves developing efficient processes for teams to use survey findings directly in their deliverables and collaborating closely on how results are presented to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop people analytics practice and tools to draw strategic insights from talent processes.
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent processes in a large, complex business organization resulting in meaningful outcomes.
- Strong expertise in psychometric assessment design and data-driven talent decision-making.
- Experience in leading associate listening strategies, including survey design, data analysis, and action planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and strategies.
- Strong analytical toolkit (e.g., Excel, Tableau/Power BI), and comfort working in a technical environment (e.g. SQL, database structures).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent internal consulting skills with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and leaders.
- Quick pace, self-starter, able to learn and iterate quickly.
- Experience leading projects/workstreams with or without direct reporting authority utilizing best practice frameworks and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, deep curiosity, and strong critical thinking skills.
- Naturally collaborative with others, having worked in a matrixed organization to achieve organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Global industry experience is beneficial (corrugated, food service, folding carton packaging, manufacturing) but not required.
