4+ years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry
High school diploma or equivalent
ASE certification in the eight areas pertaining to automotive repair
Neat appearance
Ability to work with minimal supervision and with co-workers and management
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Ability to diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on automobiles
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read schematics
Possession of a valid driver's license
Necessary tools to perform required tasks
Ability to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks
Dependability
Ability to achieve and maintain an efficiency of 125%
