
Senior Vice President, Information Technology Services

- Provide visionary leadership for global IT infrastructure, services, and operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
- Develop and implement robust strategies for scalable IT architecture and cloud technology solutions
- Manage and lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies, including onshore and offshore locations
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT organization
- Oversee the successful transition and management of IT operations to offshore teams, ensuring seamless integration and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and security
- Implement and manage an ITSM framework to ensure the efficient delivery of IT services
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations
- Act as a coach and mentor, investing in the professional growth and career development of team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure the efficient delivery of IT services.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to support services, infrastructure, and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to and support cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Must possess one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of seventeen (17) years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, services, and operations
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of twenty (20) years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, services, and operations
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience in IT infrastructure, services, and operations
- Extensive experience in transitioning and ongoing management of IT operations to offshore environments, in partnership with major Managed Services Providers
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and complex projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing both onshore and offshore teams
- Strong background in cloud technologies and building scalable IT solutions and architectures
- Demonstrated expertise in ITSM and ITIL process improvement methodologies
- Experience leading Infrastructure, services, and Operations through acquisitions and system integrations
- Experience in developing, tracking, and analyzing KPIs and metrics
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- One or more of the following:
- IT Service Management certifications (e.g., ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP))
- IT Governance certifications (COBIT 2019 Foundation, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT))
- Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF® 9 Certified, Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA))
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect)
- Security certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP))
- Data and Analytics certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Google Data Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Pay: $200,000 - $250,000 base plus annual bonus eligibility

- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
