
Hardware Lead, Kuiper Hardware Development

In this role, you will:
- Drive end-to-end satellite antenna development to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Manage technical requirements for satellite antenna systems development
- Coordinate with subject matter experts on trade studies to define antenna hardware and software specifications
- Oversee hardware verification and validation processes
- Coordinate manufacturing planning initiatives
- Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Implement and optimize team processes and tools
- Strong background in hardware development at PCB level
- Demonstrated expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Proven experience in feasibility studies, prototyping, and hardware system design
- Proficiency in verification and validation test planning and execution
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) principles
- Some experience with reliability engineering and cost optimization
- Execution capabilities and strategic planning
- Resource allocation and scheduling proficiency
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Project management tools and methodologies mastery

- 7+ years of hardware development experience at PCB level
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- Experience with the project management of technical projects
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market.
