What You'll Do
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout (budgets, schedules, purchase orders, forecasting).
- Manage manpower and update manpower trackers to keep projects aligned with budgets and timelines.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, changes, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate with Superintendents and Estimators; assist with take-offs during the bidding process.
- Review and interpret drawings (paper and electronic).
- Support and mentor junior staff while also learning from experienced leadership.
- Participate in project meetings and represent the company with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness across all project documentation and deliverables.

- Experience in construction project management or estimating (electrical or related field).
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
- NEC familiarity, low-voltage systems, data, and access control knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Clean driving record.
