This Social Media Specialist role focuses on strategy, execution, and creativity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple brand voices, and can produce content that connects with a wide range of audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with property and company goals.Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Write engaging copy and create photo/video content tailored to commercial and residential property audiences.Monitor and respond to followers, building brand engagement and community presence.Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Collaborate with property managers, marketing staff, and external partners to showcase events, promotions, and community highlights.Stay current on real estate trends, competitor activity, and emerging social platforms.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).3-5 years of professional social media management experience, ideally within real estate, property management, or a related industry.Strong writing and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple brand voices.Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, or similar) and analytics reporting.Graphic design skills are not required, but would be a strong plus.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Additional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-OnsiteSeniority Level: AssociateLinked In Poster: #LI-SP1About our Process
