Your work will directly support initiatives such as COVID-19 response, PA LIMS Replacement, NEDSS NextGen, Reporting Hub, and other statewide public health projects.What You'll DoIn this senior-level role, you'll provide both technical expertise and communication leadership:Document & Translate Requirements – Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and use cases; translate them into clear functional and technical documentation.Support Testing & Validation – Develop test plans, validate data, and ensure quality across system, integration, and UAT testing.Create Clear User Documentation – Develop and maintain user guides, technical manuals, process flows, and EDW documentation libraries.Act as a Liaison – Serve as the communicator between stakeholders, analysts, and developers to ensure business needs are fully understood and delivered.Enhance Data Quality – Perform data analysis to identify duplicate records, data errors, and ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.Contribute to Modernization Efforts – Support the EDW's migration into Azure, including Databricks, Delta Lake, and Synapse environments.Present & Train – Deliver presentations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen system adoption and long-term sustainability.Why This Role MattersYour work will ensure that critical health data systems are clearly documented, accessible, and accurate—empowering decision-makers to act faster and with confidence.
