- Hands on technical & management narrative development—craft compelling sections that showcase Essnova’s core capabilities in AI, mission support, environmental services, and data modernization.
- Full lifecycle proposal ownership—drive the Shipley style process from RFP analysis and kickoff through compliant, on time submission across 7–10 concurrent pursuits.
- Win strategy leadership—extract differentiators from SMEs, create crisp win themes, and align every section to evaluation criteria.
- AI powered efficiency—leverage HubSpot, GovWin, SharePoint, and generative AI/RAG platforms to accelerate cycles and sharpen content.
- Bid/no bid guidance—deliver rapid gap, risk, and Pwin analyses that inform executive decisions.
- Team coordination—lead internal SMEs, program managers, contracts/pricing specialists, and external teaming partners; orchestrate color team reviews; and switch fluidly between Proposal Manager and Proposal Developer roles as volume dictates.
- Continuous improvement—own and evolve compliance matrices, pricing narratives, graphics briefs, and playbooks so our pursuit engine scales effortlessly.
- After hours commitment—support proposal development outside standard business hours when deadlines require.
- Expert level proposal skill set—10+ years of hands-on federal proposal development and management with a strong personal win record across technical, management, and pricing volumes.
- Experience with multiple contracting vehicles and portals - must have hands o experience working with multiple contracting vehicles including GSA MAS, SeaPort NxG, eFAST, OASIS+, STARS III, sam.gov and others.
- Exceptional writing ability—clear, concise, persuasive prose that captures Essnova’s offerings.
- AI & LLM fluency—working knowledge of generative AI concepts and hands-on experience with AI driven proposal tools.
- Collaboration superpowers—track record of guiding internal teams and external partners to deliver winning content on schedule.
- Microsoft Suite mastery—expert proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for version control and collaborative development.
- Agile multitasking—ability to juggle multiple simultaneous bids and pivot between Proposal Developer and Proposal Manager responsibilities.
- Process discipline—strict adherence to CMMI and ISO certified SOPs without deviation or repeated reminders.
