Your duties will involve overseeing appointment scheduling, guiding Sales Representatives, and fostering logistical harmony between our team and our customersKey Duties:
  • Match leads with our Sales Representatives
  • Guide Sales Representatives to designated lead locations
  • Reach out to customers if they're not home for their appointment
  • Confirm and ensure appointments are on the staff calendar
  • Keep our scheduling tools updated and our Call Center team in sync
  • And of course, be ready to tackle any other tasks that come your way!
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or inbound/outbound call center environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in high-volume appointment scheduling roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
