ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Flight begins with you at Spirit AeroSystems, a place where you can explore your interests and grow your career by working on impactful projects. A Facilities & Equipment Engineer intern:
  • Produces or procures the technical designs for modifications to new buildings, structures, utilities and other systems in support of site operations.
  • Develops the technical requirements for the estimate, design, procurement, construction, maintenance, and operation of the physical plant and equipment installations.
  • Plans, specifies, designs, and manages projects to fulfill customer requirements. Supports maintenance and improves the reliability of assets.
  • Interfaces with company organizations, customers, and suppliers to meet company business requirements.

QualificationsRequirements:
  • You must be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)
  • You must be enrolled full time in a university degree program aligned to the area of internship.
  • You must be a current sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good academic standing.
