Position Overview:BayCare Medical Group, the Tampa Bay area’s leading multi-specialty group, is seeking a Pediatric Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP) or Physician Assistant to join our growing Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery & Scoliosis team at St. Joseph Hospital-South in Riverview, Florida. This role involves inpatient and outpatient care across three locations managing a wide range of pediatric orthopedic conditions. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced orthopedic surgeons and APPs, supported by advanced surgical technology, a robust referral network, and a collaborative care environment.Position Highlights:

Combination of inpatient & outpatient pediatric orthopedic care
Call shared among 4 APPs
Advanced surgical suites & latest orthopedic technology
Collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons, pediatric subspecialists, and APPs
Opportunities for research, teaching, and professional development

Qualifications:

Licensed FNP, PNP, or PA in Florida (or eligible).
Pediatric orthopedic experience required.
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to family-centered, high-quality pediatric care.
