The Americas regional scope covers the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The incumbent will report to the Director, HR Compliance – Americas.Crucial Duties & Responsibilities
  • Run the delivery, implementation, and/or improvement of HR compliance-led programs, processes, and initiatives to enable compliance with legal requirements and strategic objectives can be met with speed and scale
  • Provide guidance and effective solutions for HR to manage employment-related risks and compliance matters by leveraging technology, automation, and self-service in close partnership with other HR platforms and Employment Law
  • Lead and facilitate completion of assigned projects and deliverables (including project and change management) while ensuring key stakeholders are aligned
  • Manage and support U.S. state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Program (AAP) obligations, including government reporting and OFCCP audits
  • Provide guidance to internal U.S. contracts and sales teams on EEO and AAP-related information requests, and certain Corporate HR policies to meet client contract and bid requirements
  • Lead and support HR Compliance obligations during integration of newly acquired companies
  • Assess and verify HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements as needed
  • Identify, recommend changes, and update HR Compliance knowledge bases, policies, process and other related documentation, and support change management activities which may include training, and establishing HR, manager and employee-facing guidelines and FAQs
  • Accurately analyze, interpret and present data, legal requirements and risk in a manner which promotes efficient stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Perform related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Informative background or professional certification related to Legal or HR Compliance fields preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR or Legal Compliance-related role with demonstrated growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility; experience with employment law subject matter preferred
  • Validated ability to perform independent web-based research, analyze and understand legal concepts and the regulatory landscape for employment law
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to efficiently analyze and convey information from employment data and reports in ServiceNow, Workday and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in virtual settings
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Great teammate; able to partner, collaborate and work effectively with others
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, handle workload, and meet ambitious deadlines
  • Solid understanding and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
