- Perform residential electrical installations including lighting systems, wiring, outlets, and service panels.
- Work on scheduled projects such as new installations, upgrades, and seasonal lighting.
- Use ServiceTitan to efficiently manage tasks, track progress, and stay organized.
- Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, designers, and labor crews for seamless project execution.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment at all times.
- Support on-call needs as scheduled (no Sundays).
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License or Residential Wireman License
- 2+ years of residential electrical installation experience
- Professional, clean-cut appearance (no inappropriate tattoos, minimal piercings, well-groomed)
- Your own electrical tools and smartphone (iPad provided by the company)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Lift up to 75 lbs, work from ladders, and access attics or crawl spaces as needed
- Work both indoors and outdoors in variable weather
- Maintain safe work practices and follow company safety standards
